ABS^® Insurance Forms

A good number of the standard forms needed on a daily basis are available from within ABS Agency Builder. Originally, they were patterned after those provided by Farmers Insurance Group of Companies. Recently they have been made suitable for use with policies of virtually any insurance carrier. Below is an example of a Vehicle Report of Loss. It is the "new" style of form that is perhaps more typical of most ABS^® forms. Further below is a sample of a mortgagee evidence of insurance. While suitable for non Farmers policies, it still carries a strong resemblence to the original Farmers form. It is our intent to eventually replace all of the old style forms with the new style shown below. You should not be concerned over the acceptability of the "old" style. Title companies and mortgage holders have been accepting them for years. We see no reason for them to stop.
