Commercial Policy Screen

The commercial policy screen is capable of holding policy information on nearly every conceivable commercial policy type. There is a separate screen for Workers Compensation that is equally complete. Since the potential quantity of policy information is rather large, there are a number of tabs at the bottom of the screen that expose additional fields. The Locations, Vehicles, and Condo Unit Owners tabs each contain a grid resembling a spread-sheet. These grids enable you to enter a virtually endless number of Locations, Vehicles, or Condo Unit Owners. This provides an awesome benefit when it comes time to create Condo Owners Certificates, for example. Once the unit owner information has been entered, printing certificates is like doing a mail merge -- one click and the program prints a new certificate for every unit owner in the list. Now you can satisfy those pesky lenders with a click of your mouse.
