ABS Document Manager: The difference between us and other scanning programs is incredible organization and easy document retrieval. It is the difference between being document centered or client centered. ABS Document Manager is client centered because it is part of ABS Agency Builder. For starters, images are instantly, and automatically linked to the client’s account. They can also be linked to any family member or policy in the account. Let's say you took a digital photo of a vehicle's unrepaired damage, and stored it in ABS Document Manager. It would instantly and automatically be linked to the client's account, just like dropping a photograph into their paper folder. It gets even better because you can also link the photo to the auto policy. Now, this doesn’t sound like such a big deal, but it is. Let’s say the rated driver for this vehicle moves out of the household. Our Split Household utility automatically moves the policy to the new household when the rated driver is moved. When the policy is moved, the images linked to it are also moved. So the big deal is this, with one quick transaction you actually perform three tasks that other programs require you to do individually. Now, apply this same concept to photos for jewelry floaters, boats, motorcycles, or scanned images of grade cards, dec pages, accident reports, etc. You get the idea -- easy to use, incredible document organization. and access to information at mind boggling speeds. Windows XP: We agree with Microsoft 100%, and so should you. They have released two versions of XP -- Home and Professional. The names should tell you which to use in your office. The Home version is not suitable for the kind of use that is typical of an insurance office, so get the Pro version if you upgrade.
