These are just a few of the more commonly used screens of ABS Agency Builder. To see more detail, click the thumbnail image. insurance agency management software - Main Account Screen Main account screen. This is where the general account information is found. It is also the main menu for the entire program. Queries, reports, policy information, and other utilities are available here.

insurance agency management software - document manager Document Manager main screen. This option permits the use of any Twain device (camera, scanner, etc). Here you can store images linked to the account. They can also be linked to family members or policies.

With ABS Agency Builder, these forms are pre-filled before the interactive print preview is displayed (shown here). Corrections or additional information can be entered before you print.

That is why there are tabs at the bottom for locations, and vehicles covered. As with all policy screens, you can enter more than one policy so splitting coverage between carriers is a snap.

insurance agency management software - financial Financial information is important, so one of the standard reports is for folio reconciliation. This lists new business and policy renewals on a month by month basis. The report can be filtered to show production for individual producers, carriers, policy types, and any other field on the report. You can even filter combinations of those fields to display a single producer's production for a specific carrier, and even limit it to a particular policy type. Production figures are given in premium dollars.

Sophisticated queries can be done without an in-depth knowledge of computer lingo. Dozens of standard queries are pre-defined for you. All you have to do is filter and sort them to satisfy your particular needs. Query results can be used to print reports, create mailing labels, export to a standard ASCII file (which may be imported into your favorite spread sheet), and the results can be used for mass mailing using the ABS® word processor.

A campaign would typically consist of two or three letters sent to the same group of people, separated by a couple of weeks. After the final letter, a personal phone call produces great results. After the mailings, it's not really a cold call -- you have something to talk about.

insurance agency management software - word processor The ABS® word processor is powerful, and full featured. You can insert clip-art, digitized signatures, logo graphics, and much more. It has most of the features of the big guys, like spell checking, thesaurus, and mail merge. This sample of a mail-merge is typical of those produced by a Marketing Campaign, or a pre-defined query. If you are comfortable with Microsoft Word or Word Perfect, you'll love ABS® word processor. If not, the learning curve is easy.

The ABS® Receipt Manager is a start-of-the-art way to manage your premium trust account be automating the process of receiving premium payments. This option brings incredible flexibility and ease to the entire process, from receiving the payment, to making the trust deposit, to sending the trust payment to the carrier. Since most of the receipt information comes directly from ABS Agency Builder, data entry is an absolute minimum.
